Our Companion Care Services

At SRK Care at Home, our companion care services support adults ages 19–64 who are socially isolated because of disability, chronic illness, or limited mobility. Our caregivers provide conversation, shared activities, and accompaniment to community events, appointments, and errands—helping adults stay connected to the interests, people, and routines that matter to them. Companionship also gives family members reassurance that their relative is not spending long stretches alone. We also support eligible adults through Maryland Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services.
