Our fall prevention care helps seniors age 65 and older stay safe and confident at home. At SRK Care at Home, our caregivers help reduce fall risks through home safety checks, mobility support, bathroom and stair assistance, medication awareness, and emergency response planning. We also encourage safe daily movement and strength support based on the client's care plan, helping seniors maintain balance, independence, and peace of mind at home. At SRK Care at Home, our Memory Care services support seniors age 65 and older living with memory loss, Alzheimer's, or dementia. Our compassionate caregivers provide personalized assistance, safety monitoring, daily routine support, companionship, and emotional reassurance to help your loved one feel safe, respected, and cared for at home. Memory care and companionship can help reduce senior isolation, loneliness, and stress while supporting mental well-being and quality of life. We also support eligible seniors through Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services, helping families access reliable in-home memory care.

At SRK Care at Home, we provide compassionate in-home care for adults with disabilities ages 19–64 across Maryland. Our caregivers help adults with physical, intellectual, developmental, cognitive, mobility, vision, hearing, and neuromuscular support needs live safely and independently at home. Our disability support services include safety supervision, companionship, personal care assistance, dressing, grooming, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry support, grocery assistance, transportation support, and cognitive activities such as reading, games, hobbies, and conversation. We also support eligible adults through Maryland Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services, helping individuals and families access reliable care tailored to daily needs, independence, and quality of life.

Recovery & Post-Hospital Support

At SRK Care at Home, our Post-Hospital Home Care services help adults ages 19–64 in Maryland recover safely and comfortably at home after surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization. Our non-skilled caregivers provide daily support with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation support, and wellness checks. Unlike skilled nursing or medical home health care, our services focus on non-medical in-home support that helps adults regain strength, follow daily routines, reduce stress, and avoid unnecessary setbacks after returning home. We also support eligible adults through Maryland Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services, helping individuals and families access reliable post-hospital care tailored to their recovery needs, independence, and quality of life.
