At SRK Care at Home, our Post-Hospital Home Care services help adults ages 19–64 in Maryland recover safely and comfortably at home after surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization. Our non-skilled caregivers provide daily support with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation support, and wellness checks. Unlike skilled nursing or medical home health care, our services focus on non-medical in-home support that helps adults regain strength, follow daily routines, reduce stress, and avoid unnecessary setbacks after returning home. We also support eligible adults through Maryland Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services, helping individuals and families access reliable post-hospital care tailored to their recovery needs, independence, and quality of life.
