Our Medication & Wellness Services

At SRK Care at Home, we provide Medication Reminder services for adults ages 19–64 across Maryland. Our non-medical in-home caregivers help clients stay consistent with their prescribed medication routines while remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Our caregivers do not administer, prepare, measure, or dispense medications. Instead, they provide gentle reminders, daily check-ins, and routine support to help clients take medications on time as directed by their healthcare provider. Medication reminders can help reduce missed doses, support wellness, and give families peace of mind. Eligible adults may also receive support through Maryland Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services.
