SRK Care at Home is searching for an expert Registered Nurse to oversee clinical cases in the Nashua hub. You will serve as the core contact between home patients, doctors, and multi-disciplinary treatment therapists.
In this position, you will execute primary patient admissions, create tailored clinical roadmaps, oversee LPN/HHA actions, and ensure all regulatory metrics remain perfectly aligned.
