SRK Care at Home is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality home health services to patients in the Keene, NH area. You'll work one-on-one with patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in the comfort of their own homes.
In this role you will implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Requirements
